What we do?

XMP Services provides ministerial administrative services. That is, I serve as an impartial witness in the signing of key documents such as home loans, powers of attorneys, trusts and wills, to name a few. I handle your notary, loan signing, apostille, translations and weddings efficiently and befitting your specific needs.

** Notary pricing is set by California’s Secretary of State.
ɫ Admin fee of $15 will be added to cover County Registrar Fees. Pricing does not include a notary fee.

*Acceptable Photo ID’s
1.  Photo identification must be valid (not expired and not temporary) and can include: 

  • CA driver’s license or non-driver ID (such as Senior ID) from CA Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)
  • US passport

​2.  Additional forms of ID can be accepted if they are valid (not expired and not temporary) AND contain photo,
     signatureserial number and physical description, including:

  • ​Driver’s license or non-driver ID from another US state
  • Driver’s license issued by Mexico or Canada
  • Valid passport or consular identifiication from signer’s country of citizenship
  • Employee ID card from any state, county or city agency or office in CA
  • US military ID that contains all the required elements (e.g. not the CAC)
  • ID card issued by a federally recognized tribal government

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:

  • All signers must be present in person
  • Every signer must have proper photo identification (*see complete list above), must be completely able to understand the significance of the document, and must sign of their own free will
  • Document must be completely filled in, no blank spaces (except client signature & notarization section)
  • By law, CA notaries cannot give legal advice – please be sure to speak with your attorney or other advisor and get answers to any questions you may have BEFORE you meet me for the signing!
